What is Mediation
Mediation is a voluntary, confidential and legally recognised Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process widely used in Ireland for commercial and civil conflicts.

Consultation
During the consultation phase, we take the time to understand the nature of the conflict, its suitability for mediation and the goals of each party involved, thus laying the foundation for a personalised mediation strategy.
Mediation Sessions
Renew Mediation facilitates open, constructive discussions between parties towards self-determined mutually beneficial resolution that is based on understanding and cooperation. Sessions are held in a neutral environment in blocks of 3 hours depending on the nature of the dispute.
Resolution
The objective of the mediation process is to facilitate a self-determined mutually agreed solution between parties that reflects collaborative efforts, whilst protecting the commercial relationship.
The agreement may be legally binding or non-binding depending on the dispute at hand, and the preference of the parties involved.
