Suzanne Whelan is founder and lead mediator at Renew Mediation. Suzanne has extensive executive and non‑executive leadership experience, bringing over 28 years of high‑level commercial, risk, governance, and strategic expertise to her mediation practice. Suzanne has spent her career navigating complex negotiations and multi‑party transactions, giving her a deep understanding of how conflict emerges in commercial settings, and how it can be resolved with clarity, fairness, and respect.

Specialising in commercial and civil mediation, Suzanne works with organisations and individuals to resolve boardroom conflict, partnership and shareholder disputes, and commercial contract disagreements. An accredited member of the Mediators' Institute of Ireland (MII), Suzanne creates a balanced environment where parties feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with confidence.  ​
